Wrong Address or Change Request
If you have given us the wrong address and if you are not at the incorrect address at the time of delivery, there then the product will be returned to our store at your expense. For providing the wrong address you have to bear the full shipping cost.
Change of Addressee
We are unable to re-route the shipping of an order after the carrier has picked it up from our company. However, if you need to change the place to deliver your order prior to the carrier picking it up from our company, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order: [email protected]
Tracking your order
